Flourish Paths is a personal growth companion that helps you set meaningful goals, plant seeds for consistent growth, reflect on your progress, and connect with people who support your growth. The service is provided as-is and is currently free to use.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• One person, one account. Automated or bot accounts are not permitted.

3. Your Data and Content

You own the content you create on Flourish Paths: your goals, reflections, journal entries, and other personal growth data. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using the service, you grant Flourish Paths a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Flourish Paths is a space for personal growth and supportive community. When using the service, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

• Use the service for spam, phishing, or commercial advertising
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond normal use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, with notice where practical.

5. Garden Circle and Shared Features

Flourish Paths includes features that let you connect with others through your Garden Circle, share garden views, and invite Growth Partners. When you use these features:

• You control who you connect with; all connections are initiated by invitation
• Shared content is visible only to the people you explicitly share it with
• You can remove connections and revoke shared access at any time
• Flourish IDs are permanent once claimed. Choose yours thoughtfully

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Flourish Paths available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent both.

7. Modifications to the Service

Flourish Paths is actively evolving. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that significantly affect your use of the service, we will provide reasonable notice through the app or via email.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the service. We will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data where practical.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
